Hog/Spit Roasts

 This is the more familiar way of cooking large peices of meat (or indeed whole animals) on one large skewer & the word "spit" comes from that great noise it makes whilst cooking. The fact it rotates continuously ensure's an even and succulent cook every time.

The more traditional is of course the Pig and growing in popularity is a Lamb. Which ever you choose, we ensure a well seasoned and basted product for your watering taste buds when ready to eat!

Please note that we only use the finest local Sussex produce and everything is cooked fresh on site in front of your own eyes. NO pre cooking here thank you!

DIY Package (New for 2012) - £350

Includes delivery of everything you need to cook a whole Hog or Lamb:

Roaster, Gas, Hog/Lamb and a 24hr contact (just in case). We will also collect and clean the machine ourselves the following day. Full advice will be given on delivery.

 

Professional package for up to 100 guests - £600

Professional package for up to 200 guests - £700

Professional Package for up to 500 guests - £1,250

This package includes the full professional set up, Sussex bred and reared finest Hog, gas, transport costs, Chef, service staff aswell as freshly baked floured baps, apple sauce, stuffing, disposable plates, napkins and cutlery.

 

If you require something a bit more special than disposable plates and cutlery etc, then this can be arranged. We have a catering price list which includes basic or quality cutlery, crockery and a whole lot more including tables, chairs and so on. Please enquire if interested.
